Carolina Bridge Co. is a family-owned construction company that needed a new website in order to recruit quality workers.
Working with BuildWitt Media Group, I designed and developed a website that tells the story of Carolina Bridge's commitment to their workers, with an emphasis on how Carolina strives to help their employees build a better life.
The main goal of the website is to recruit employees, so the careers page includes a bunch of content to highlight the benefits, career paths, and culture of the company, with job openings from JazzHR embedded at the end. The website also showcases employees and work culture through a Bridge Life gallery and employee profiles.
